Our alumni network forms an important part of the Lomond School family.
After celebrating Lomond School’s 40th Anniversary during the school year 2017-18, connections were reignited and we looked forward to building on that through an emphasis on alumni events and reunions to further strengthen our network of Lomond alumni, parents and staff.
This work was interrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic and with this now behind us, we look forward once again to building on those foundations. The next year or so will be a busy one as we look to do just that. We have restarted our programme of regular events and are looking forward to the Annual Reunion in March.
We are hoping to organise focus groups to find out from you what you would like from your alumni association and to actively profile our former pupils and their successes among other initiatives.
We are also looking to actively encourage our FP community to get involved with the school and our current pupils through activities such as career talks, mentorship opportunities with our senior pupils, or through regular giving. More details to follow as we get each of these initiatives up and running.

Stay in touch
It’s important that we have up to date information to enable us to better communicate with our Alumni. Please use the contact form to send us your details.
Lomond School Association
The Lomond School Association (LSA) is the name under which our alumni network operates. It is free to join and open to all who have attended Larchfield, St Bride’s or Lomond Schools.
Alumni networking events
Moving forward, a focus on events and opportunities for our former pupils, staff and parents to meet and catch up will mean we will hopefully have something for everyone!
Alumni in the news
We regularly report on the successes and achievements of our alumni and would be delighted to hear from anyone who has news to share.
Career Talks
We are always delighted to welcome back former pupils willing to share their experiences either of work, higher education or anything else they think will benefit our current pupils.
Regular giving and donations
At any given time, Lomond has an average of 20% of our pupils who benefit from some form of financial support including scholarships and bursaries. A renewed emphasis on fundraising for our Bursary and Scholarship funds will be a large part of our development moving forward and we would be delighted to hear from you if you are interested in supporting this.
Tell us how we can reach you
Help us make sure we can keep you abreast of relevant information and events for our alumni community and tell us how you would like to be involved.
